A new opportunity has become available for a Trainee/Qualified Dental Nurse to join an established general dental practice located in Milton Keynes.
Start date - As soon as possible.
This position is to work on a Full time basis, working alternative Saturdays and late evenings.
No previous dental experience is required, as we will provide the training.
To become a GDC registered Dental Nurse, you will need to complete a 12-18 month NVQ course. This will be in conjugation with training within the practice.

Candidates will be working alongside a general associate. Duties varying from:

• Preparing the Surgery for Dental Treatment
• Cleaning the Dental equipment
• Taking Responsibility for Cross-Infection Standards
• Talking to Patients about their dental treatment, appointments, charting and other dental patient records

Requirements:

• Candidate will be looking for a long-term position with an opportunity to progress their career
• GDC Registered
• Up to date CPD records
• Excellent communication skills

The successful candidate should have a real passion for dentistry. They must be patient focused, reliable, loyal and a great team player. They must also be able to work from their own initiative, be a fast learner and take pride in their job role.
Practice are looking to offer between £8 - £12.50 per hour
