David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading consulting firm who is looking to onboard a Czech speaking Trainee Recruiter for their Prague office. Position: Trainee Recruiter Location: Prague, Czech Republic Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and screen suitable candidates for open and live positions Build/grow your own desk (very important) Prepare the candidate CVs for submission to clients Arrange interviews for senior consultants Contact potential clients via phone or email Shadow senior consultants on their daily activities REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Czech (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2) Academic or Professional degree in HR or related field will be considered as an advantage Great communicator with ability to persuade and negotiate Customer oriented with ability to build and nurture the relation An ability of work within tight timescales and to the deadline “Can-do” attitude and proactive approach Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office package Ability to travel in line with the business needs. You thrive working in a fast-paced dynamic environment Recent graduate No previous recruitment experience required.
