Med Team is run by its staff; therefore, a Team player is a must. The role is often phone-based speaking to Candidates and Clients supporting them. We have the work; we are looking for a professional person to service our clients effectively.
Job Description:
As a Trainee Recruiter at Medteam you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition process. You will work one to one with an experienced Senior Recruiter for 3 months to assist with your training and building your confidence whilst acquiring the right skills and knowledge.
You must have a passion for learning, problem solving, working autonomously or as part of a team. One of your roles is to have confidence, ability and a strong knowledge of social media to be able to promote yourself and grow a strong profile and presence within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
  • Communicating with Clients
  • Following through on Clients, we introduce you to.
  • Maintain an organised personal database of candidates
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Support in conducting background checks when needed supporting the compliance dept.
  • Growing your knowledge and skills to assist in the development of recruitment strategies and campaigns.
  • Learning the recruitment process 360 - from start to finish.
  • Ability to self-motivate and finish tasks to deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using software and Microsoft Office.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work to target deadlines at pace.
  • Proficient in written communications to a high standard.
  • Full understanding and confident with social media, internet research, chat GP and growing your profile within these areas etc.
