We are looking for some ambitious and like-minded people to support us with our 2026 growth plans!

This role will start in September 2026, and we will give you the support you need to become a fully qualified recruiter and start making deals. The ideal candidate will be motivated, a team player, great communicator, capable of managing their own time, and most of all, willing to learn new skills!

What will you do?

• Able to liaise confidently with candidates on the phone and via email
• Be able to identify suitable candidates sourced through a variety of media
• Having good basic knowledge of your sector
• Able to interview and reference candidates
• Comfortable negotiating salaries and day rates with candidates
• Construct well-written job adverts
• Good organisational and communication skills

• Please note this role is based in our office at Dubai Marina, working Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm.
