What You'll Be Doing Learning the end-to-end recruitment process Speaking with candidates and building strong relationships Making outbound calls to identify and engage healthcare professionals Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and databases Screening and interviewing candidates Assisting with matching candidates to suitable opportunities Supporting client relationships and learning business development skills Maintaining candidate records and recruitment activity Working alongside experienced recruiters and leaders who will mentor and develop you What We're Looking For We'd love to hear from you if you have: Experience in sales, outbound calling, telesales, call centre, customer service, lead generation, business development, retail, or hospitality Confidence speaking with people over the phone Strong communication and relationship-building skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Resilience, motivation, and a results-driven mindset The ambition to build a long-term career with excellent earning potential Previous recruitment experience is not required.
