SUMMARY

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving the recruitment process and fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, your core skills in communication will enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders. You will leverage premium skills in lead generation and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to identify and attract top talent. Additionally, your relevant experience with HRIS and social media management will support our recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
