We’re hiring trainee recruitment consultants into our Manchester office – a high-performance, fast-paced sales environment with a proven track record of developing successful consultants. You’ll be surrounded by consultants and leaders who’ve been where you are now – many of our top performers joined us as trainees and have gone on to bill six figures and lead their own teams.

• Building your own desk in a specialist market given to you (Tech, IT, or Engineering across the UK or EU)
• Managing the full 360° recruitment process – from first call to placement
• Sourcing and headhunting top candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and outbound calls
• Winning new business and building long-term client relationships
• Becoming a market expert in a specialist technical niche
• Hitting sales targets and working in a goal-driven, competitive environment
