Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates to match the right talent with the right opportunities - this will be done on a COLD call basis.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, guiding both clients and candidates through interviews, offers, and placements.
  • Source and attract candidates through a variety of channels using different SALES techniques.
