As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll act as a trusted partner to your clients, ensuring you find them the right person to fit their tech skills gap.

Recruitment is a form of sales, so you’ll need to be confident, bold and able to step outside of your comfort zone daily.

• Making a high volume of outbound business development calls (sales calls) to prospective clients. Understand clients’ needs and be able to confidently sell in the TRG solution in order to win their business
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with organisations and key decision makers.
• Sourcing, screening and recruiting specialist cloud tech candidates for your clients
• Building and managing relationships with both parties, providing updates, booking interviews and delivering feedback
• Working to daily targets and KPIs
