  Tenth Revolution Group are currently hiring for ambitious and driven people to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is a full time, permanent position based at our Global HQ in Newcastle, just 5 minutes from Central Station!

Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant is a very rewarding career – both in terms of career progression and financially.
As a Consultant you will be acting as the middleperson between clients needing staff and candidates looking for a job. You will win new clients through outbound business development calls, convincing them that they need to work with you in order to help them fill their job vacancy! You will also be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates by either posting job adverts, or using our database, LinkedIn and Job boards, screen these candidates to ensure suitability for the job and present their details to the hiring manager!
Working in recruitment you need to be motivated, resilient and driven in order to succeed, as well as be confident on the phone and have a passion for selling!
