TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 12 months experience in a sales environment.
This an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated self-starter to join a growing team and company. If you work well under-pressure and thrive in a busy working environment, then we want to hear from you. You will have the full support of our management team to help you progress and become successful within the team. This will turn into a full 360 role, so experience in a B2B sales environment is essential.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

• Confident communicator
• Minimum 12 months B2B sales experience
• Ability to work under pressure and to set targets.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop last relationships with clients and candidates.
• IT literate and experience using a CRM system.
