TRAINEE REGISTERED MANAGER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL CARE

Contract: Permanent
Salary: £42,000 – £43,000 per year (depending on experience)
Location: Kirkham, Preston

SHIFT PATTERN

• Mainly Monday to Friday with some flexibility required
• Occasional on-call or shift cover as part of your leadership development

EXPERIENCE

• Experience working with children or young people in a residential care setting
• Supervisory or senior experience preferred (e.g. Senior RSW, Team Leader, Deputy)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – essential
• Willing to complete the Level 5 Diploma (fully supported by employer)
