Our Trainee Rotation Programme gives you a broad, hands‑on introduction to our growing Governance Services business. Over 12 months you will rotate across a variety of teams, gaining practical experience with different client types, learning how we manage risk, developing your understanding of accounting, and seeing how our global operations come together. This is a great opportunity to begin your professional journey in a supportive, collaborative and forward‑thinking environment, with mentoring built in at every stage. You will have access to structured training, ongoing mentoring and regular feedback to help you grow in confidence and capability. Each rotation is designed to build your understanding of the business while helping you discover the areas you naturally enjoy.
