Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated Trainee – RPA / AI to join our Automation Center of Excellence (CoE). This role is ideal for candidates passionate about Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Intelligent Automation. As a trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals to design, develop, test, and support automation and AI-driven business solutions. Key Responsibilities Learn and develop automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere. Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities. Assist in the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation workflows. Support AI/ML and Data Science initiatives. Work with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications for system integrations. Contribute to AI-powered solutions like chatbots, document processing, and predictive models. Perform data preparation and analysis for machine learning projects. Create technical and process documentation. Troubleshoot automation and AI solutions. Follow organizational standards and best practices. The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune – but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.
