JOB DESCRIPTION

Cybernet EMEA are seeking very enthusiastic individuals to help grow our business and footprint in the EMEA region. As well as selling to tier 1 medical device manufacturers Cybernet operates through a network of resellers, integrators and distributors throughout the EMEA region. The role is to support this network by providing sales administration, support and repair.

You will be required to:

  • Provide phone and email quotations to customers.
  • Be able to be the central support customer contact, maintain support relationships.
  • Support technical tasks such as replicating customer issues through testing..
  • Create clear and detailed records of technical support incidents via internal CRM ticketing and RMA system.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of field returns/RMA units.
  • Help with any other technical and sales tasks as assigned by the team.

This position is located in Wendover near Aylesbury.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent attitude (can do attitude) and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication skills and be a self-starter
  • Must be very comfortable speaking with customers on the phone
  • A strong interest in IT and computer hardware
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware and technologies would be beneficial
