TRAINEE SALES AND LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR TEIGNBRIDGE AREA

As a Negotiator/ Trainee you will be placed on Bradleys Property Academy, your career will be developed from day one with ongoing training and a development plan, working in supportive and rewarding environment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
· Must be able to drive and have a full driving licence
· Excellent written and communication skills

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (required

· Generate and book valuations and viewing appointments
· Conduct property viewings in a professional manner
· Negotiate offers that are received.
· Agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion.
· Optimising every opportunity within the Bradleys Complete Property Service
· Generate new business in a target driven environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
