PURPOSE OF THE ROLE - TRAINEE/SALES NEGOTIATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A TRAINEE/ NEGOTIATOR

• Generate and book valuations and viewing appointments
• Interact with the general public in person, on the telephone and online
• Conduct property viewings in a professional manner
• Negotiate offers that are received.
• Agree and progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Optimising every opportunity within the Bradleys Complete Property Service
• Generate new business in a target driven environment
