A well established Estate Agent is currently looking for Experienced trainee Letting and a Sales Negotiator to work in their office based in Harrow.
Trainee Letting and Sales Agent

The successful Trainee Letting and Sales Negotiator will have the following qualities:

• Full training will be provided with aim of qualification for Propertymark accreditation. The company will pay for all exams to achieve this for the right candidate
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident and well presented

• Confident in cold calling

• Deal with Admin / Accounts

Candidate Requirement

• MUST - Hold a Driving Licence and own vehicle

Job Specification

• Handling incoming calls
• Registering clients and matching property
• Calling registered clients and updating system
• Arranging and accompanying property viewings
• Negotiating and agreeing offers
• To liaise with tenants and landlords
• Chasing up documents required for referencing
• Dealing with move-ins
• Preparing tenancy agreements
• Ensuring all relevant documentation and regulations are met
• Working closely with the Lettings Manager to ensure targets are met
• Canvassing using various means – Letters – Internet – Gumtree – Zoopla – Cold Calling – Contacting prospective landlord and driving around to see what is on the market.
