Package: Competitive salary plus a company car
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 6pm, Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm, Every other Saturday 9am - 1pm

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities
  • Advertise properties, deal with booking property viewings and registering applicants
  • Delivering exceptions customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking.
  • Being the stream of communication between client and vendor with sharing information
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Deal the sale of a property from viewing to close
