TRAINEE SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Thelwall – Warrington
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + 20% annual bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch)
Hybrid Working: 2 days WFH after probation

• Learn the business by providing customer support to existing and potential customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a high standard of service.
• Work closely with the sales team, learning about the industry, products, and customer needs.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email, building rapport and assisting with product availability, pricing, and delivery updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer support.
• Develop your commercial skills, gaining exposure to sales strategy, account management, and business development.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems.
