We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our sales team at a well-established engineering company based in Watford. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is naturally curious, and has an interest in technology or engineering.
You’ll be making outbound calls to businesses across various industries, speaking with engineers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities. You’ll start with around 100 calls per day, gradually reducing to 70 as your product knowledge and sales technique allow for longer, more in-depth conversations.
If you’re looking for a place to grow, this could be for you - there is clear potential to move into an Account Management role within 6 months, depending on performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • We don’t expect you to have years of experience - we’re happy to consider recent college or university graduates, especially those with an interest in engineering, manufacturing, or technology
  • You’ll be a good fit if you:
  • Are confident, articulate, and comfortable on the phone
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy learning about technical topics and solving problems
  • Are self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Are curious and not afraid to ask questions
  • Can work independently while contributing to a small, supportive team
  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or B2B environments is useful but not essential - full training will be provided
