SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
· Proficient in PC use, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Social media savvy, with familiarity on LinkedIn and Facebook.

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will:
1. Contact incoming sales leads and onboard them as customers.
2. Personally manage a portfolio of Tier 2 customers.
3. Assist the Managing Director in looking after Tier 1 customers.
4. Serve drop-in customers at our Trade Counter.
5. Collaborate with Janitorial Express Customer Service colleagues to ensure excellent customer experiences.
