THE ROLE

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of the business—representing our client and promoting their products and services directly to customers. Working face-to-face across different locations, you’ll be engaging with potential customers, introducing products, and driving sales in a professional yet approachable way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Engagement: Approach and interact with potential customers in person at events, business parks, residential areas, and other locations.
  • Sales & Promotion: Present product features and benefits clearly, tailoring your approach to suit each customer and their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Hitting Targets: Work towards individual and team sales goals, with the opportunity to increase earnings through bonuses and commission.
  • Adaptability: Take part in a variety of sales campaigns across different settings, making the most of each opportunity.
  • Customer Care: Provide excellent service by handling queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
