ABOUT THE ROLE

As a key member of our Sales Team, you will play a vital role in securing property sales, ensuring properties are marketed effectively, and nurturing strong relationships with vendors and buyers alike. You will guide applicants through the sales process, manage viewings, negotiate offers, and support the smooth progression of sales transactions. You will work closely with vendors to provide expert advice, help them achieve the best possible sale price, and ensure their properties are sold quickly and efficiently.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively engage with leads and clients to understand their needs, provide information, and conduct viewings.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine their budget, preferences, and any specific requirements, tailoring proposals and offers accordingly.
  • Negotiate offers and terms in the best interests of the client.
  • Handle objections and concerns, addressing them effectively and providing suitable solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the selling process, keeping them updated on progress, addressing any concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Lettings and Property Management, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
