Description

A driven and professional candidate is required as a full time Sales Negotiator in a young and ambitious Estate Agency based in Bristol.
With a very realistic OTE of £25,000 and incredible career advancement prospects, this is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-focused individual with a passion for property.
The Property Centre is a well-respected and busy independent firm, providing a personal service with great attention to detail and a wealth of industry knowledge. We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our team in Bristol and help us continue to drive our business forward following a successful and steady launch over the last 3 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking and conducting property viewings with potential buyers
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Keeping up to date with prospective clients
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating our property database
  • Keeping up-to-date with the property market trends and regulations

Requirements:

  • Ideally previous experience in sales or customer service, with at least 1-2 years of experience preferred but not essential
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Flexibility to work weekends when required
