We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Staffing Agency team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth within the organization. QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a staffing agency industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
