TRAINEE SALES SUPPORT (SLEAFORD)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Trainee Sales Support team member based in Sleaford and supporting our branches across Lincolnshire.

We are looking for someone outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident to work as part of a team and under their own initiative. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and prioritising workload to deal with Customers.
  • Greeting customers and suppliers in branch.
  • Ensuring that telephone calls and emails are answered promptly, courteously and accurately.
  • Serving customers on our trade counters.
  • Responding to customer quote requests promptly and accurately.
  • Seeking potential new business across our trading area, by email, telephone and visits to customers.
  • Raising accurate and comprehensive purchase orders.
  • Ensure deliveries are booked; ensuring they are accurate and complete through liaison with warehouse and transport staff.
