TRAINEE SEN TEACHER | £23,000 PER ANNUM + £1,000 JOINING BONUS | SEPTEMBER 2025 START

Masterclass Education is proud to be working in partnership with a fantastic SEN specialist school to recruit a Trainee Teacher on a full-time basis, starting in September 2025. The role is that of an SEN Teaching Assistant, however the training provided by the school will elevate you to a High Level Teaching Assistant status.

• Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position, training to be an SEN Teacher
• Working hours are 08:30- 16:30, Monday to Friday
• Working with pupils aged 11–19 with autism and related needs
• Following tailored, behaviour-based teaching methods (training provided)
• Assisting with lesson delivery, personal care, life skills, and communication development
• Supporting pupils in both classroom and real-world learning experiences
• Contributing to breaktime supervision and daily routines
• The school is looking for full time candidates but will consider candidates looking for 3 or 4 days per week
