With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more.   You will excel and enjoy this role if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:    Key Responsibilities    Assist the end-of-the-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.  Schedule interviews and maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.  Support offboarding process, including employee documentation and resignation procedures.  Maintain and updated employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.  Assist in preparing HR reports, leaves, and other HR documentation.  Coordinate with internal departments to support HR operations and ensure timely completion of HR processes.  Contributed to improving HR workflows by supporting ongoing projects and administrative initiatives.   Required Qualifications   Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management Good Communication Skills.
