• Assist customers with their service and repair needs, providing a friendly and professional point of contact.
• Learn to accurately book in vehicles, prepare job cards, and explain work to customers.
• Communicate effectively between customers and our workshop technicians.
• Help manage service bookings and ensure efficient workshop flow.
• Develop a strong understanding of Renault and Dacia products and services.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and retention.
