We’re looking for a Trainee Site Agent to join our team in the Cumbria & Scotland region.
The role will involve, monitoring of build plans and programs, meeting customer, quality and regulatory standards. Providing up to date information and records to meet regulatory standards. Effective communication and key relationship management, including Customers, Contractors, suppliers and employees. Ensuring the site operates within safety, regulatory and legislative standard and all aspects of site management.
You will also be required to undertake an NHBC Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship (for Level 4 apprenticeships the minimum requirement is English and Maths level 1, ideally level 2)
We are looking for someone with ability to build relationships at multi levels both internally and externally and with excellent communication and IT skills
