Tulloch Homes (part of the Springfield Group) is recruiting for 2 Trainee Site Managers to join our busy Construction Team. Tulloch Homes is a well established regional house builder with a reputation for delivering quality housing based in the Highland capital, Inverness. Operating mainly on sites throughout the Highland region including the Cairngorm National Park providing a mixture of tenures ranging from affordable, rental and private homes.

This is an excellent opportunity to work as a key member of our Construction Team. This role will include:

• Assisting the site management team in all construction activities to provide a high quality to a Tulloch Home.
• Providing assistance with site inductions, requisitions, deliveries and all construction related duties.
• Active involvement with sub contractors, suppliers, clients, sales team, design team and commercial team

• Ensure a high standard of customer and home handover journey experience.

  The successful candidate will:

• Be educated to SCQF level 5 or have relevant knowledge and experience.

• Have a relevant CSCS card.
• Have a working knowledge of Building Health and Safety requirements and be working towards a site management qualification.
• Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

• The ambition and desire to achieve award winning performance on site
