TRAINEE / SKILLED VEHICLE BUILDER

We have recently expanded into new premises and with a rapidly growing order book, we are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy, forward-thinking company where hard work is recognised and rewarded.

The role involves building bespoke vehicle conversions, ranging from:

• Mobile offices and medical units
• Dog vehicles and secure vans
• Specialist conversions for emergency services and commercial sectors

Work can include carpentry, cabinet making, electrical fitting, trimming and upholstery, and general workshop skills. As you progress, your tool kit will need to expand, and you’ll gain the opportunity to develop into a skilled Vehicle Builder.
We are open to trainees who bring existing hands-on skills (such as carpentry, electrical, mechanical, or fabrication) as well as experienced vehicle builders ready to hit the ground running. What matters most is attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and pride in your work.
Hours: Mon–Thu 7am–4pm, Fri 7am–3.30pm
Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays
