We are looking for a Summer Trainee - Software Developer to join our Teleste Operational Excellence (OpEx) team. Our team’s mission is to create the condition for smooth product transfers and problem-free production with the help of latest feasible technological solutions.
The position is located in Littoinen (Turku area).

Your responsibilities

• Backend and/or frontend development for software used in manufacturing environment
• Communication with our internal customers when developing and deploying new software
• Participating in sprint planning and DevOps development together with your team

What we expect from you

• Preferably 2 years or more of education in Information and Communications Technology in University or University of Applied Sciences
• Basic knowledge in programming (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
• Interested in technologies such as: Django, ReactJS, SQL, MongoDB, Docker
• Eager to work as a part of an Agile Software development team
• Interested in IoT and electronics, with a passion for integrating hardware and software solutions.
