TRAINEE SOLICITOR – IN-HOUSE TRAINING CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

• Location: Portsmouth (some training may be provided by other Toyota Group companies in Burgh Heath)

At KINTO UK Limited, part of the Toyota Group, we’re offering a two-year in-house training contract that will provide invaluable exposure to commercial law, helping you build a strong foundation for a successful legal career.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Conducting legal research and providing advice
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including NDAs, customer contracts, and supplier agreements
• Assisting with tenders
• Maintaining contract databases for customers and suppliers
• Assisting in the development of legal templates, policies, and training materials
• Supporting litigation work
• Help ensure compliance with industry regulations

Here are the essential skills and experience you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Graduate having completed LPC or SQE.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Previous legal experience (desirable but not essential
