OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary skills, a commitment to food safety, and a flair for creativity in food production. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while leading and supervising kitchen staff. Your leadership and hospitality skills will ensure a harmonious working environment that fosters teamwork and high standards of food preparation.
We Are a new Business and we are looking to grow our sales and you will have direct input on menu development and will have opportunities to bring your ideas to the table.
This Role would suit someone currently working as a Chef in an independent restaurant/ pub or a team leader/ Head chef in a branded environment

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
  • Excellent culinary skills with the ability to prepare a variety of dishes across different cuisines.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
