Job Description: Como Trainee de Staffing, serás responsable de apoyar el proceso de adquisición de talento para contribuir a la contratación a tiempo de acuerdo con las necesidades de la organización, mientras aprendes y te adhieres a las políticas de la empresa. Colaborarás activamente en el logro de los objetivos de Recursos Humanos a través de soporte operativo y logístico. Responsabilidades: Ejecutar la búsqueda activa (active sourcing) y el mapeo de talento en diversas bolsas de trabajo, redes sociales y bases de datos internas para identificar candidatos potenciales para las posiciones vacantes. Realizar entrevistas de filtro inicial para evaluar las calificaciones básicas de los candidatos, sus habilidades blandas (soft skills) y su alineación con los requisitos del puesto. Coordinar y gestionar la logística de las entrevistas entre los candidatos y los líderes de contratación (Hiring Managers), asegurando una comunicación fluida y la recopilación oportuna de comentarios (feedback). Colaborar en la logística del proceso de contratación e inducción (on-boarding), brindando apoyo a los nuevos ingresos para asegurar una experiencia de bienvenida positiva que fomente el compromiso inicial. Aprender y aplicar los lineamientos legales y corporativos respecto a la gestión de datos de los candidatos, garantizando el manejo correcto de la información confidencial. Mantener actualizados y organizados los formatos, registros y documentos del departamento, siguiendo los procedimientos de calidad internos para asegurar la preparación ante auditorías. Mantener actualizaciones en tiempo real en el sistema de reclutamiento (ATS) y en las bases de datos para garantizar la total visibilidad y trazabilidad del proceso de reclutamiento. Apoyar en el mapeo, contacto inicial y seguimiento operativo con universidades, bolsas de trabajo y oficinas de empleo locales para alimentar las fuentes de talento (talent pipelines) del equipo. Requerimientos: Nivel Licenciatura Concluido 1 o 2 años de experiencia en una posición de reclutamiento (staffing) Experiencia en reclutamiento Experiencia con ATS (Sistemas de Seguimiento de Candidatos) Inglés intermedio alto (Upper Intermediate) Habilidades: Comunicación efectiva, pensamiento analítico y trabajo en equipo. Requeriments: Bachelor´s Degree 1 or 2 years of experience in a staffing position Recruitment Experience Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) Upper Intermediate English Skills: Effective Communication, Analytical Thinking, and Team Work.
