We’re committed to safety, teamwork, and caring for the places we work.    He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role  As a Trainee Structures Worker, you’ll learn how to maintain and repair the structures that keep our rail network strong – including bridges, culverts, and other essential assets. Working alongside experienced maintainers, you’ll receive On the Job Training and gain skills in safe work practices, using tools and equipment, and documenting your work.   This is a practical, outdoors role where no two days are the same.
