We are now looking for a Trainee Student Lettings Advisor to join our busy Student Lettings Team in Bangor, as our property management and student lettings portfolio continues to grow.
This role offers full training, including support in achieving your Rent Smart Wales agent qualification.
The role is a full-time position Monday - Friday (8:45am – 5:30pm).

• Match students to properties – arrange and carry out accompanied viewings, then provide feedback to landlords.
• Use our CRM system to ensure prompt, accurate communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Maintain property records – update files, chase safety certificates, and ensure compliance.
• Handle general administration including database management, email/letter creation, and excel updates.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, parents, contractors, and internal teams professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up on outstanding paperwork, payments, and contact details.
