Description

Crystal Tax is a boutique tax practice offering tax rebates of on average £2500 per year. Surprisingly, many clients are unaware they are entitled to these rebates, which can be backdated up to 4 years, creating initial claims of £10,000! Crystal Tax also offers an excellent Limited Company Administration service, saving clients on average £10,000 per year.
Accordingly, Crystal Tax now requires a Trainee Super Sales Executives to help us spread the good news!
Unlike many sales positions, you will not be selling ice to Eskimos. Crystal Tax works on a no win no fee for many of its services & these rebates are there just waiting for our clients; so it is more of a tell than a sell.
Your mission will be to professionally & efficiently demonstrate how amazing you are & how trustworthy we are (very by the way) & then it should be a no brainer for clients to sign on the dotted line.
After sales & sector training regarding our products & services, the role will involve:
· Calling prospective clients to either arrange appointments to meet them or
· To tell them about our services over the telephone & send them paperwork
o Following up with them to ensure receipt, address any queries & or
§ assist them in returning the required documentation
· Account management, liaising with current clients & introducers
· Business development, using the above contacts to generate new business
· Client registrations, guiding new clients through client registration documents
· Contacting companies to introduce the services of Crystal Tax
· Arranging appointments to explain the benefits of Crystal Tax’s services
· Compiling & emailing financial forecasts &other relevant data
· Site visits to discuss with prospective clients the benefits of engaging Crystal Tax
· Working with promotion teams to engage with prospective clients
· Thereafter advising prospective clients of the benefits of engaging Crystal Tax
· Collecting from them contact details to follow up with a phone call &or email
An excellent telephone manner is a must, as is excellent written & spoken English; you should be presentable, numerate, organised, & be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Business operations experience (i.e. using database software) would be useful, as would knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme, the agency sector &umbrella companies.
The job is varied, stimulating, & financially rewarding. In addition to a basic of £25,000, you will qualify for commissions on all client registrations once you have covered your costs & will be engaged in the whole process to ensure your efforts are being processed & rewarded, & your OTE year 1 should be £30,000+, year 2 £40,000 + but there is no upper limit to your earnings.

Romanian, Polish & Lithuanian speakers are welcome to apply but this is by no means a pre-condition. Should you not be able to demonstrate relevant skills & or experience, you may be asked to attend a 2-4 week internship before being offered a full-time paid position.
