ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Surveyor. This full-time job opportunity is based at our Ipswich office and includes both in-office and on-site learning.
As a Trainee Surveyor, you will work closely with our experienced Surveyors to gain hands-on experience in property surveying, timber inspection, and damp diagnostics. You will also learn how to provide tailored advice on property preservation treatments across the East Anglia region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist qualified Surveyors in the inspection and surveying of residential and commercial properties
• Learn how to identify and diagnose issues such as timber decay and dampness
• Support the creation of accurate and detailed survey reports
• Book appointments with clients, suppliers, and contractors
• Liaise with Technicians to ensure smooth delivery of recommended works
• Follow up on completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in office-based duties and shadow surveyors on-site as part of structured training
