Summary The Trainee-Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting global recruiting operations by ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, supporting onboarding logistics, and maintaining accurate recruitment data. The Coordinator partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and excellence across the hiring process. Job Duties and Responsibilities  Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews  Manage candidate documentation, background checks, and offer processes in collaboration with HR and external vendors  Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports on hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio)  Support onboarding activities by liaising with HRIS, IT, and Facilities to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience  Prepare recruiting materials including job descriptions, interview itineraries, and candidate-facing communications  Assist with sourcing and screening candidates based on role requirements  Organize and support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives  Ensure consistent candidate experience and timely follow-up across all stages of the hiring process  Proactively identify process improvements and take ownership of tasks within scope  Maintain up-to-date documentation of recruitment processes across APAC  Other duties as assigned Education and Experience Graduate in any discipline with 0-1 year experience  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization  Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail  Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism  Comfortable performing administrative-heavy tasks and adaptable to shifting priorities and business needs Enerpac Tool Group Values: Be an ambassador for the businesses and ensure that Enerpac Tool Group Values always come first:  SAFETY - Safety is our highest priority and is at the heart of everything we do  INTEGRITY - We will act with honesty and transparency and always do the right thing.  OWNERSHIP - We will own our commitments, act with a sense of urgency, and deliver what is expected of us on time, or ask for help early enough.  TEAMWORK - We will act as one Enerpac team, operate with an enterprise-wide mindset, and support each other to deliver for our stakeholders.  AGILITY - We will act with purpose and speed, and we will adapt quickly to changing What we offer Our employee benefits include flexible workplace policies, employee resource groups, learning and development resources, career progression pathways, and community engagement initiatives are some of the reasons why we have had great success in bringing in new talent.
