We’re one team – working together to keep New Zealand moving while caring for each other and the environment.    He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role As a Trainee Track Worker, you’ll be part of a close-knit maintenance crew, learning how to keep our rail tracks safe and reliable. Under the guidance of experienced team members, you’ll carry out maintenance, repairs, and renewals on the track.   Your training will combine on-the-job learning with classroom sessions, giving you the skills to progress towards working independently.
