Description
Clear understanding of syrup preparation, corresponding instruments testing, operation and calibration. To follow the current Beverage documents & procedure to meet specification of the syrup. To ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all syrup tanks and lines before batch commencement and after finishing the syrup. To ensure the effective fortnightly sanitation of Tanks and pipeline. To ensure correct weighment of sugar activated carbon & hyflo. Ensure clarity of simple syrup during startup, middle & end of filtration Carryout testing of simple syrup for clarity, color (ICUMSA), turbidity, AOT, and other relevant parameters. Monitor & control concentrate staging. To ensure the final brix and volume of syrup. To follow the syrup release criteria. To ensure quality and quantitative supply of syrup and water in time. To ensure effectiveness of syrup preparation. To ensure all in-process tests carried out as per MTF. To monitor & ensure quality of Simple syrup and Ready syrup. To ensure 100% compliance to requirements as per Standards & Specification. To monitor syrup consumption. To maintain effective communication with Line Chemist & Utility. Initiate corrective action and preventive action in syrup preparation process to assure consistency in syrup quality. System compliance by meeting AIB & GQA requirements of syrup preparation. To ensure that damaged / torn strainer are not in use in line and strainers are inspected periodically and are of proper screen size. Monitor and control Minimum Mandate To ensure GMP, Housekeeping and Personal Hygiene in Sugar Dumping, Raw syrup and Ready syrup room. To maintain all the related documents & records.
Responsibilities
The trainee will be responsible for syrup preparation, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications. They will also monitor and control the syrup production process and maintain sanitation standards.
