JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Trainee Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjot for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Identify and pursue new sales
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales potential during client interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using relevant software tools.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when engaging with clients and prospects.
• Organise and prioritise tasks effectively to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
