Description

Award-winning luxury cruise specialist The Cruise Line is looking to expand its team with an enthusiastic individual keen to begin a career in travel sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a college or university leaver – or anyone passionate about travel – to join our friendly team and develop into a fully-fledged Voyage Consultant.
No prior sales experience is required. Instead, we provide a structured training programme lasting over a month, giving you time to learn about the cruise industry, our products, our company, and the best-practice processes that will help you succeed.
During this period, you will spend time with your direct line managers and members of the wider team to gain a strong foundation in the business and its operations. This will include learning to use our in-house CRM system (Salesforce), completing training programmes and accreditations with our cruise line partners, and developing enquiry handling and communication skills, beginning with email responses before progressing to phone-based enquiries.
By easing you into the role, we aim to create a consultant who approaches every client enquiry with warmth, professionalism, and a long-term focus on building loyalty.
