At The Flower Connection, we’re looking for an energetic, motivated trainee (ideally 18–22) to join our warehouse team. Experience isn’t essential – what matters is attitude. This is a hands-on role at the heart of a fast-moving wholesale flower business supplying florists, weddings, events specialists, and garden centres across the North of England.

• Learning how to handle and care for world-class flowers arriving daily from the Netherlands and beyond
• Assisting with stock control, rotation, and maintaining high-quality standards
• Unpacking and conditioning flowers to ensure freshness and quality
• Helping to keep the warehouse and flower showroom clean, organised, and professional
• Supporting operations across all departments (flowers, plants, sundries)
• Supporting the yard manager with returning supplier packaging and maintaining the cleanliness of the yard.
• Assisting with deliveries and driving (full license required)
