Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organised Trainee to join the EAU Patient Office team, focusing on the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of the multilingual EAU Patient Information website. This platform is a trusted resource for patients across Europe, and your role will help ensure that our content remains accurate, accessible, and search-friendly in every language we publish.
Working closely with our communications and content teams, you will be responsible for uploading translated and proofread content onto the multilingual website, optimising pages for SEO, and maintaining consistent formatting across languages. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with digital tools, paying close attention to detail, and improving the visibility and usability of online content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Upload and update multilingual website content using Craft CMS, ensuring all content is correctly formatted.
  • Upload translated and proofread text provided by the content team, maintaining consistency across languages.
  • Tag, categorise, and organise website content to improve navigation and searchability.
  • Ensure formatting and layout consistency across all language versions of pages.
  • Assist in monitoring site performance and identifying opportunities to improve SEO and user experience.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date records of content uploads and changes.
  • Collaborate with the website and communications teams to ensure smooth content management workflows.
  • Optimise website pages for SEO, including: Writing or refining SEO-friendly text snippets such as meta descriptions, creating clear and accurate URL slugs and
    adding descriptive alt text for images in all relevant languages.
