At Learn & Laugh, we believe that early childhood education is about more than just teaching – it’s about creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. We’re a small, family-owned business with 11 centres around Sydney/Central Coast, and we’re looking for a passionate trainee to join our newest Epping centre!
Our Epping service is a cozy, homey 50-place centre in a newly renovated heritage building with unique features. It is from 7am until 6pm, Monday to Friday. All of the Learn & Laugh services aim to provide the best experiences and support for children, families and educators.

About the Roles:

• Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday
• Location: Epping Centre
• Age Group: 6 weeks - 5 years old

As a trainee, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young children while working alongside a supportive and passionate team. You will learn how to:

• Plan and implement a fun and engaging program that reflects the EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework)
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators
• Create indoor and outdoor learning environments that encourage exploration, creativity, and play
• Observe and document children’s progress
• Support children’s emotional and physical needs
• Collaborate with a team to deliver the best possible care

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:

• A genuine love for working with children
• Working with Children Check
• A strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (or willingness to learn)
• Current First Aid/CPR/Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)
• A strong commitment to child safety, including Child Safe Standards
