    We are expanding this team to deal with the increase in new clients and the growth of the industry.
    We would like to employ our next generation of Home Care Workers, where we will pay you to attend work and be trained by our experienced and qualified team members, and we will pay you to attend scheduled classes and study days to complete a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care).
    We are recruiting part-time Home Care Workers, you will be offered a minimum of 15 hours (guaranteed) and can work up to 30 hours a week.
    We will work with you on your availability, the days and hours of shifts, and offer consistency, where possible.

Responsibilities

Throughout your traineeship, you will be trained on the following services:

  • Domestic Assistance (vacuuming, mopping, changing sheets, surface cleaning of living areas)
  • Bed making, room tidying up
  • Shopping, completing weekly/fortnightly shopping for the client
  • Transportation, taking clients to and from appointments in the community
  • Personal Care (showering, dressing, grooming)
  • Respite and Social Support
  • Ability to listen, build a report, and work with a range of clients and other staff
