As part of the A-Team, your role plays a vital part in supporting capability development across the business. Your tasks include: Facilitating training sessions that support employee competency development. Reviewing course curricula and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensuring training quality standards and documentation requirements are met. Partnering with the L&D team to implement programs that enhance employee capabilities. Conducting evaluations to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements. Creating and updating training materials aligned with learning objectives. Identifying performance gaps and recommending corrective actions or training interventions. Ensuring all activities are aligned with information security and data privacy policies.
